Morning Training
Jog through beautiful Burriram at dawn, have fun with light sparring and eat the breakfast of Thai champions!
6am - 8am daily
1. ROAD WORK
A choice of 7.2km or 11km jog at a 5-mile-pace, the morning run on asphalt & gravel will take you through beautiful rice fields, neighborhoods and the main highway of Burriram.
2. LEG WORK, BAG WORK & LIGHT SPARRING
Condition your legs with 100 kicks after a run, complete with bag and light sparring to polish up your technique.
3. BREAKFAST
Enjoy the breakfast of champions after all your hard work with a classic Nak Muay post-workout diet.
Evening Training
The core sessions of the day that include the all important pad work, bag work and sparring.
4:30 - 7:30pm daily
SPARRING
Spar safely with a suitable partner in a ring-environment, under supervision.
PAD WORK
1-on-1 pad work with a dedicated and passionate Kru who will help you with technique and keep you on your toes!
BAG WORK
The essential routine of any Muay Thai sessions.
Private Training & Team Coaching
Availability dependent, Arjan Namkabuan can be engaged for private 1-on-1 sessions specifically tailored to your fight/fitness goals. Also available for seminars or extended engagements as a coach for gyms/ fight teams in USA and Europe.
